BASKETBALL QUEST is a fully trained service that offers PRIVATE skills and fundamental training to participants interested in succeeding in the sport of “basketball.”  There are no “try-outs” involved – all who would like to participate are welcome.  We use safe drills and exercises designed to develop strength, and help condition each participant to perform at their peak potential basketball skill level.  This is NOT a basketball team or a basketball CAMP!  It’s much more… 

BASKETBALL QUEST promotes and focuses on the necessity for players to “work together as a team,” but there will be no competitive GAMES played – only “skills training.”  The focus is on “individual improvement.”  Each participant must be dedicated to improving themselves, and taking their game to the next basketball level.

Our ultimate goal with the BASKETBALL QUEST program is to offer a positive and fun place for participants to come increase their overall basketball confidence and their on/off the court attitudes; while learning new basketball skills and mentalities in a private teaching/coaching environment.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

We will teach innovative drills at full speed to help athletes develop their strength, agility and quickness.  Fundamental sessions will establish and reinforce proper basketball form and on court execution.  Focus areas include shooting, passing, rebounding, ball handling, post/perimeter footwork, and offensive/defensive sets. 

STRENGTH TRAINING & CONDITIONING

We will present advanced programs and drills used by NBA players.  We provide instruction in movement technique, speed development, vertical jump improvement, and proper exercises all designed for the basketball athlete.  

MENTAL DISCIPLINE

Perhaps the most overlooked component of a successful basketball player’s preparation is mental discipline. Athletes will learn the commitment necessary to apply an attitude for hard work both on and off the court.
